About W&W

We spent 16 years inside the Fortune 50. Then we left to help firms like yours.

Between us, we carry 31 years of experience across strategy, finance, digital commerce, and operations. We've seen how the biggest companies in the world put AI to work — and what it looks like when they get it wrong. We bring that playbook to firms like yours, without the enterprise price tag or the six-month timeline.

"We keep meeting business owners drowning in admin work, using spreadsheets held together with duct tape, and wondering if AI is worth the risk. We've seen this movie before — at scale, inside the Fortune 50. The playbook exists. Most firms just don't have anyone to run it."

Why this market

The businesses that need this most get ignored.

Enterprise companies have Deloitte, Accenture, and armies of internal engineers. Solopreneurs have YouTube tutorials and $29/month software. But the businesses in the middle — 15 to 75 people, real complexity, real budgets, zero interest in being someone's smallest client — they get the leftover attention.

That's who we built this for. Firms big enough to have problems worth solving, and smart enough to want them solved right the first time.

Enterprise firms have dedicated AI strategy teams. Your firm has a vague sense that AI matters and no idea where to start. That's where we come in.

Our approach

How we think about the work.

Business problem first. Tool second.

Most AI consultants start with the technology and go hunting for problems it can solve. We start with what's actually costing you time and money, then figure out the simplest way to fix it. Sometimes that's AI. Sometimes it's a better spreadsheet. We'll tell you which.

Assessment before implementation.

We don't show up with a pre-built solution looking for a problem. Every engagement starts with understanding how your firm actually operates — the workflows, the bottlenecks, the decisions that drive revenue. The recommendations come from what we find, not what we want to sell.

We don't disappear after delivery.

Thirty days of post-launch support comes standard. And because we only take on one or two clients at a time, you're not competing for our attention. We run our own business on the same tools we implement for yours — so when something needs adjusting, we already know the system.

We'd rather earn your trust than your invoice.

The discovery call is free. The recommendation is yours to keep. If AI isn't the right answer for your business, we'll say so. If your website is fine as-is, we'll tell you that too.
